MEGA Farm Supply Return Policy

Returning Items that You Purchased

If you need to return an item that you purchased from MEGA Farm Supply, please make sure that the equipment or part that you return is UNUSED. We will not accept anything that has been used as returned merchandise.

Prior to returning your item, you must contact us at CustomerService@MEGAFarmSupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. If we receive an item back without a Return Merchandise Authorization, we will not be able to process the return for you.

If for any reason you have ordered the wrong piece of equipment or part for your implement, you will be responsible for the shipping charges in both directions as well as a 15% restocking fee. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will make sure that you get the item that you ordered and we will pay for the return shipping.

Equipment may not be returned by refusing the shipment or by disputing the charge on your credit card.

Working with the Freight Company

All Equipment that you receive via the Freight Company, MUST be signed for by you. Once you sign for the shipment,  MEGA Farm Supply and the Freight Company are no longer responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

INSPECT the shipment THOROUGHLY before signing for the delivery.

If the equipment arrives damaged, bring it to the attention of the freight company IMMEDIATELY before signing the delivery paperwork. Have the Driver take notes on the Bill of Lading. Take pictures and document your findings.
